At Purpl, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
• the item must be unused
• it must be in original packaging
• proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, NONE of our items cannot be returned once opened:
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will provide either:
• a replacement product
• a full refund
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
